ACT Expo 2026, here’s the full conference agenda
According to the organizers, "the 2026 program builds on ACT Expo’s long-standing leadership in clean transportation and places an increased focus on the digital frontier, including AI, autonomy, connectivity, and software-defined vehicles that are increasingly becoming foundational to how fleets manage assets, improve performance, and achieve their economic and environmental sustainability goals".
ACT Expo, the major exhibition on sustainable commercial transportation in North America, has released the full conference agenda for its return to the Las Vegas Convention Center on May 4–7, 2026. According to the organizers, “the 2026 program builds on ACT Expo’s long-standing leadership in clean transportation and places an increased focus on the digital frontier, including AI, autonomy, connectivity, and software-defined vehicles that are increasingly becoming foundational to how fleets manage assets, improve performance, and achieve their economic and environmental sustainability goals”.
Last year (here’s our report from Anaheim, location of the 2025 edition of ACT Expo), over 12,000 attendees gathered together for four days of peer-to-peer education, real-world case studies, and direct access to the people and solutions shaping the industry.
ACT Expo: the agenda
As underlined by the organizers, the 2026 agenda was developed by the Clean Transportation Solutions (CTS) team at TRC in collaboration with a High-Volume Fleet Committee, Endorsing Organization Committee, Clean Cities Planning Committee, new Advisory Committees on AI and Automation, and the main event sponsors.
Among the main topics of the next edition of ACT Expo are: commercial EV momentum in North America, the future of diesel and hybridization, the evolution of natural gas and propane, the prospects on hydrogen, as well as the possible application (and benefits) of artificial intelligence in the future of logistica.
