The next edition of Solutrans is scheduled in November, from 21 to 25, as usual in Lyon, France. It is of course one of the major events of the whole year in the truck and commercial vehicle sector. Sustainable Truck&Van will be there, as we did two years ago, to report on all the most relevant news, launches and presentations that will be held by the companies involved.

To date, for the 2023 edition, according to the organizers, more than 85% of stand space has already been booked, which indicates and foreshadows the enthusiasm of all market players for the event. Many professionals in the HGV sector from all over the world have already signed up as exhibitors.

Waiting for Solutrans 2023 in Lyon

The 17th edition of the French exhibition will focus on five major themes: from new energy sources to urban deliveries, up to retrofitting, automated vehicles and tyres. Among the new features introduced by the organizers are a cargo bike area made of about 30 stands, as well as a focus on light commercial vehicles. Like the past editions, there will be enough space for test drives, in addition to the usual conference programme, this year dealing with the themes of energy mix and new energy sources, among others.

Finally, for the fifth consecutive edition, SOLUTRANS will present four major global accolades: International Truck of the Year Award, International Van of the Year Award, International Pick-Up Award and International Truck Innovation Award. The winners will be announced at the gala dinner held on
Wednesday 22 November.
