Elke Pusskeiler, currently Head of Operations Supply Chain, will take over as Head of Mercedes-Benz Vans Operations on October 1, 2025. She succeeds Francesco Ciancia, who will leave the company at his own request.

Elke Pusskeiler began her career in 1991 at the former Daimler-Benz AG in logistics in Sindelfingen. After various positions in controlling, program planning, and final assembly of seats and engines, in 2014 she took over as Head of Program, Capacity Planning, and Methods. From 2019, she was responsible for manufacturing in the global compact cars production network of Mercedes-Benz Cars and then, in 2020, took over as Head of Supply Chain Management.
