Scania has recently announced three appointments to its Executive Board as the company “adapts its organisation to accelerate performance, respond to shifting market conditions and sharpen long-term competitiveness”, as written in the official press release.

Welcome, Scania Commercial

First of all, from January 1st, 2026, Scania will unify Sales and Marketing with Commercial Operations into a single commercial organisation called Scania Commercial. More into details, the new function will bring together global market strategies, sales execution and commercial development. The unit will be led by Stefano Fedel, appointed Executive Vice President and Head of Scania Commercial. Fedel currently holds the position of Executive Vice President and Head of Sales and Marketing.

In accordance with the recently confirmed focus on China, Camilla Dewoon is appointed Executive Vice President and Head of Scania Group China from 1 January 2026. Finally, Scania is also merging Strategy and Corporate Management with Communications and Sustainability to form the new function Strategy and Communications. It will be led by Anna Carmo e Silva, appointed Executive Vice President and Head of Strategy and Communications from 1 December.
