Ticket sales for this year’s IAA TRANSPORTATION, indeed the most important trade exhibition for the transport and commercial vehicle industry, has begun. This year, IAA TRANSPORTATION will be held in Hannover from September 15–22, 2026. The Press Day will take place on September 14 starting from 8 am. Here are the ticket option for visitors, as communicated by the organizers.

  • Full ticket (online €74.00, on site €85.00)
    Valid from September 15–20. Grants continued admission throughout the entire event.
  • Day ticket (online €28.00, on site €32.00)
    Grants one-time admission on any business day.
  • Afternoon ticket (online €13.00, on site €15.00)
    Grants admission as of 1:00 p.m. on any business day.
  • Weekend day ticket (€10.00, discounted* €9.00):
    Grants one-time admission on the weekend.
  • Exclusive Press Day ticket (online €69.00, on site €79.00)
    Grants one-time admission to the IAA TRANSPORTATION Press Day as of 12:00 p.m. on September 14, 2026. Also available to trade visitors.

IAA TRANSPORTATION 2026, info about the Press Day

As already mentioned, the IAA TRANSPORTATION Press Day will be held on Monday, September 14. Journalists from around the world can now get their accreditation online. Further information on accreditation and press services can be found here.

Similarly to a couple of years ago, the weekend will be mainly addressed to families and drivers. More into details, from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (Saturday, September 19), and from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (Sunday, September 20), IAA TRANSPORTATION 2026 will transform into a family festival with special attractions for drivers and their families. The emphasis will lie on providing visitors of all ages with insight into the world of logistics. There will also be experiences tailored to the needs of drivers and their families.
