Chinese e-truck maker SuperPanther, which is set to manufacture its vehicles in Steyr, Austria, has recently announced the signing of a cooperation agreement with Alltrucks. The deal will give SuperPanther access to Alltrucks’ extensive workshop network for commercial vehicle services throughout Europe. The agreement was officially signed in Munich on September 29.

As explained by the truck maker, by joining forces, SuperPanther will benefit from Alltrucks’ high-quality repair and maintenance services including a 24/7 breakdown service, ensuring increased vehicle availability, fair pricing and preferential treatment across a Europe-wide network.

SuperPanther: the benefits of the new deal with Alltrucks

For Alltrucks, and as the transition to electric mobility accelerates, the cooperation provides a further opportunity to gain additional know-how in electrically powered trucks, in this case through the highly innovative, next generation heavy-duty eTruck “eTopas 600” from SuperPanther.

With more than 700 partner workshops throughout Europe, Alltrucks offers a robust service platform tailored to the needs of workshops and commercial fleets.

“We are delighted to offer to our customers general maintenance services and 24/7 break-down assistance through our collaboration with Alltrucks. Furthermore, this cooperation enables SuperPanther to streamline fleet operations, reduce service-related delays, and ensure consistent quality of service across borders – an important added-value for our customers”, commented Frank Schulz, Head of Sales Europe at SuperPanther.
