U.S.-based hydrogen player Plug Power might be delisted from Nasdaq at the New York stock exchange after share price failed. Plug Power used to share the HYVIA joint venture with Renault. HYVIA had the target to manufacture and sell hydrogen-based commercial vehicles.

According to the agreement, Plug Power will purchase up to 75 Nikola Tre FCEVs over the next three years, with the first trucks being delivered in 2023. Plug Power has been selected to provide its fully integrated liquefaction system for the recently announced Nikola hydrogen hub project.
