With a message appeared on LinkedIn, Windrose founder Wen Han has set company’s targets for 2026. “Conventional wisdom says not to share your targets too clearly and too publicly, but here is our target at Windrose Technology for the next year”, he stated.

Windrose: targets for next year

Mr Han intends to sell 2,000 Class 8 / heavy-duty electric trucks by the end of next year, with coverage on five continents, and 21 countries, soon to be 30, according to the Chinese truckmaker’s plans. More into details, Windrose intends to be present in North America and Mexico, China and South-East Asia, Europe (including Nordics), as well as UK and Ireland, Australia and New Zealand, and countries like Chile and Panama.

As already proven in China, and Europe, then, Wen Han speaks of comparable TCO compared to diesel-powered trucks over 1,000,000 km. Windrose’s R700 electric truck has recently obtained al 43 certificates to achieve homologation in Europe.
