International Motors Ltd has entered an agreement to become the official UK distributor for FOTON, a leading Chinese commercial vehicle manufacturer. Foton considers the UK as a key market in its global Electric Vehicle growth strategy.

While being a new name to the UK market, FOTON was founded 30 years ago and is headquartered in Beijing, China. FOTON’s business spans a full range of commercial vehicles, including medium- and heavy-duty trucks, light-duty trucks, mini trucks, vans, pickup trucks, buses, and construction machinery. With a strong portfolio covering both traditional fuels and new energy solutions, the company has established itself as a leading commercial vehicle manufacturer. FOTON electric truck, van and bus products are already established in European markets such as Italy, Germany and Malta.
