The new Freightliner eCascadia has been greatly welcomed in North America. Daimler Truck NA received a huge order for the electric version of the heavy-duty Freightliner truck, which has started series production earlier this month. The order comes from Sysco, a leading foodservice distribution company, which will take advantage of 800 Class 8 e-trucks by 2026, with the very first vehicles to be delivered by the end of this year.

Sysco to use 800 Freightliner eCascadia
