As the name itself suggests, Ekoenergetyka’s Axon Easy 400 all-in-one DC charging stations has got maximum charging power of 400 kW, as well as options up to 240 or 320 kW. The charging station developed by the Polish experts, launched at the last London EV Show and on display also at Solutrans 2023, is then conceived also for electric commercial vehicles. The new charging system results from Ekoenergetyka’s experience and continuous work to improve the previous versions of the Axon chargers, now employed in at least 25 European countries.

Technically speaking, the new Axon Easy 400 relies on integrated 10″ touch display with RFID for easy operation and full visibility also during the night. The charger is also equipped with an innovative, retractable Cable Management System (CMS), with the cables always at a safe distance from the ground. The new Axon Easy also offers a wide range of cable lengths – from 5.5 m to 9.5 m, allowing for convenient adaptation of the charging station to various parking conditions and the individual needs of electric vehicle users.

Additionally, a 24″ advertising display allows for remote, independent management of advertising content, providing your company with space to promote both its image and products.

Furthermore, the LED status signaling lighting ensures full visibility from every angle, and the functional lighting indicating the State of Charge (SOC) provides information about the charging process even from a greater distance. The available power can be modulated among the two chargers and the light colour can be customized as well.

A primary customer for the new Ekoenergetyka’s Axon Easy 400 charger

As we wrote here, ORLEN Deutschland, the German unit of Poland’s largest multi-energy group ORLEN S.A., has chosen the new 400 kW charging system developed by Ekoenergetyka. “We are proud to be working with ORLEN Group, which has strong brands, an extensive network and the ambition to become a leader among charge point operators in our part of Europe,” said Ekoenergetyka CEO and Co-Founder Bartosz Kubik. “The Axon Easy 400 will help us deliver on our strategy of becoming a top provider to charging-point operators, and this contract will give us even greater credibility as we push into this demanding market.”
