Turkish brand Anadolu Isuzu launches the all-electric BIG.e vehicle for zero-emission last mile transportation during the last edition of IAA Transportation. In Hannover, we saw the new electric vehicle addressed to urban transportation.

The vehicle, which is expected play an important role in the company’s strategy for narrow urban areas with its superior features and high maneuverability, has a cargo volume of up to 4 cubic meters and a carrying capacity of up to 1000 kg.

Isuzu’s BIG.e: power and range

With its 9.4 kW electric motor, BIG.e has three different battery capacities. It provides a range of 100 km with a 10.5 kWh battery, while offering 135 km or 170 km ranges alternatively, with 15.7 kWh or 21 kWh battery options respectively.

In terms of charging, Isuzu’s BIG.e can be charged through a standard socket just like a mobile phone and can reach full charging capacity between 5 and 9 hours. There are also five different charging solutions for users who want to charge faster.

Having recently entered test production, BIG.e will be produced in accordance with Isuzu quality standards and will be offered to the market primarily for the needs of companies that perform last-mile transportation.
