Farizon expands electric commercial vehicle range from vans to heavy-duty trucks
Geely-owned Farizon is expanding its battery-electric commercial vehicle range, covering applications from urban deliveries to heavy-duty transport. The line-up includes the SV and V7E vans as well as the Homtruck, equipped with a 600 kWh battery and offering a claimed range of more than 500 km.

Farizon made its first appearance at IAA Transportation 2026 in Hannover, bringing three battery-electric commercial vehicles covering applications from urban deliveries to long-haul transport.
The Chinese manufacturer, part of the Geely group, displayed the heavy-duty Homtruck alongside the Farizon SV and V7E light commercial vehicles. The presence in Hannover represented another step in the company’s international expansion strategy and, more specifically, its ambitions for the European commercial vehicle market.
Farizon Homtruck makes its European debut
The most significant exhibit was the Homtruck, Farizon’s battery-electric heavy-duty truck, shown in Europe for the first time. The vehicle displayed at IAA was equipped with a 600 kWh battery, with Farizon claiming a driving range of more than 500 kilometres. However, the manufacturer did not specify the reference test cycle used to calculate this figure, meaning the range claim should be treated accordingly.
The Homtruck is based on Farizon’s native electric intelligent architecture and is intended to address long-haul applications. Its European appearance was particularly significant given the growing number of Chinese manufacturers now seeking a foothold in Europe’s heavy truck market.

Farizon SV and V7E target urban logistics
At the other end of the commercial vehicle spectrum, Farizon displayed the SV and V7E, targeting urban and last-mile operations.

The SV was developed from the outset as an electric van, while the more compact V7E offers 6.95 cubic metres of cargo capacity and a payload of 1,373 kg. Farizon quotes a combined WLTP range of 328 km, while the standard equipment includes more than 14 advanced driver assistance systems.
