Planway Logística, a logistics provider based in Orense, Spain, added 22 FUSO eCanter to its current fleet. The battery-electric 8.55 t light-duty trucks with a 4,450 mm wheelbase come with a 129 kW electric motor and the L-size battery pack with a range of up to 200 km with one battery charge. The vehicle combines compact dimensions and great maneuverability with a high load volume, which makes it the ideal vehicle for inner-city distribution and postal deliveries in urban areas. Another important delivery was carried out by FUSO not long ago in Greece.

22 FUSO eCanter headed to Spain

“The fact that Planway Logistika, another major logistics company, has opted for the Next Generation eCanter shows once again that the all-electric light-duty truck is ideal for inner-city distribution traffic.”, said Florian Schulz, Head of Sales, Marketing & Customer Services FUSO Europe. “By ordering 22 units, the customer is also underlining his commitment to electrify his last-mile transports. The eCanter’s charging flexibility as well as its comparatively high payload and the load volume of 15 euro-pallets makes this transition quite easy.”
